With a background in banking, business administration, and corporate operations, Dumi has built a reputation for developing scalable business systems, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.

        SuperSport
     * Global business services firms such as Webhelp
        and Shop Direct

He has also contributed to advertising and marketing initiatives for major telecommunications brands including:
     * Cell C
     * MTN
     * DStv

Strategic Achievements

Dumi has played a key role in several impactful projects and innovations, including:
     * Co-Founder – DCC (Decoder Insurance)
        A decoder protection insurance concept
        developed for DStv customers.
     * Process Developer & Market Innovator
        at Ideal Prepaid. Dumi contributed to the
        development and implementation of advanced
        prepaid utility systems that became widely
        adopted across the South African and Botswana
        energy markets. These systems helped support
        electricity sales generating approximately
        R3 million in daily revenue, strengthening the
        company’s position as a major player in the
        prepaid utilities sector.

Charmaine Mhlathi Soli serves as the Chief Financial Officer, where she oversees the company’s financial direction, strategic planning, and long-term economic sustainability. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains strong financial discipline while positioning itself for sustainable growth and investment readiness.

Charmaine represents a new generation of analytical leaders who combine intellectual rigor with strategic thinking. Her role focuses on strengthening the company’s financial governance, supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensuring that the organization’s financial strategy aligns with its broader vision for growth and impact.

Currently completing her Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree, Charmaine brings a unique perspective to financial leadership. Her academic journey has required exceptional discipline, analytical reasoning, and the ability to manage complex systems under high-pressure environments, qualities that translate strongly into financial strategy, risk management, and executive decision-making.

Her medical training has developed her ability to evaluate problems with precision, analyze complex information, and make informed decisions that require both logic and responsibility. These capabilities allow her to approach financial planning with a structured and analytical mindset, ensuring that the organization operates with accountability, sustainability, and long-term strategic foresight.

As CFO, she works closely with the executive leadership team to oversee financial planning, budget management, and financial accountability across the organization. She plays a key role in ensuring that the company maintains strong financial structures while building a foundation that can support future growth, partnerships, and investment opportunities. She is particularly focused on establishing transparent financial systems that build trust with stakeholders, partners, and investors. She believes that strong financial leadership is essential for any organization that aims to grow sustainably and maintain long-term stability.

Serufe Soli serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she is responsible for overseeing the operational backbone of the organization and ensuring that the company’s strategic vision is translated into measurable, real-world results.

As COO, Serufe leads the company’s operational structure, internal systems, and performance management frameworks, ensuring that every department functions efficiently, productively, and in alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives. Her role focuses on transforming strategy into execution; building operational systems that allow the organization to scale sustainably while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability. Serufe is an experienced operations professional whose career spans multiple industries, including logistics, manufacturing, and customer service management. Her diverse experience has equipped her with the ability to lead complex operations while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and organizational performance. 

She previously served as a Quality Manager at MSC Cruises, where she played a key role in ensuring operational standards, quality assurance compliance, and process improvement initiatives. In this role, she developed a strong reputation for implementing structured systems that improved operational efficiency while maintaining strict quality control measures.
Her professional journey also includes experience with Verpakt Management, where she gained hands-on exposure to operational coordination within high-demand production environments. Working within such a fast-paced industry strengthened her ability to manage workflows, improve operational systems, and ensure that business processes deliver consistent results.
In addition, served as a Call Center Manager, where she successfully led customer service teams and managed high-volume service operations. In this position, she was responsible for team leadership, performance management, service delivery improvement, and customer experience optimization. Her leadership resulted in improved service efficiency and stronger team performance through structured management and clear operational systems.

Serufe holds a Diploma in Operations Management, which provides a strong academic foundation in operational planning, process optimization, resource allocation, and performance management. Her commitment to leadership development and organizational excellence has led her to pursue further academic advancement, and she is currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
This combination of operational expertise and advanced leadership education allows her to lead with both strategic insight and people-centered management.

As COO, Serufe focuses on building systems that allow the company to grow without losing structure or efficiency. She works closely with executive leadership to ensure that the company’s vision is supported by strong operational frameworks, disciplined management practices, and empowered teams. Her leadership philosophy centers around the belief that strong operations are the foundation of every successful organization. She likes saying:  “Vision without execution is just an idea. Operations are what turn ambition into reality.”
